Pattern: 12+3

Cast on:
Back scrubber: 19* or 23 stitches
Small cloth: 23 stitches
Large cloth: 35
Table Runner: 47

Knit 1" of border, moss or garter stitch, then begin pattern.
Note: on back scrubber with a cast on of 19 stitches, the border is with 2 stitches at each end, as in B2. Make note if knitting that amount of stitches.

Row 1: B4, k2,*k2tog,yo,k3,ssk,k2,yo,ssk,k1*,k1,B4.
Row 2: B4, purl, B4.
( all even rows )
Row 3: B4, k1,ssk,*yo,k2,k2tog,yo,k1,yo,ssk,k2,yo,sk-1,k2tog,psso*end with ssk,k1 , B4.
( instead of sl1-k2tog-psso.)
Row 5: B4, k1, yo,*ssk, k1, k2tog, yo, k3, yo, ssk, k2,y o*, ssk, B4.
Row 7: B4, k2,*k1, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, sl-1-k2tog, yo, k3, yo, ssk, k2,*k1, B4.

Repeat these 24 rows till one border distance away from desired length, knit border. Bind off and weave in ends.

Back scrubber: bind off all but three stitches, slip 3 stitches onto double point needles and make an I-cord for 9", bind off and sew to other side of scrubber. Cast on 3 stitches and knit a 9" I-cord, bind off and attach to the cast on end of the back scrubber.
